GENERAL DESCRIPTION

It is a solvent based tank cleaner used for cleaning petroleum based freights, such as crude oil, base oil, diesel oil and fuel oil, which are difficult to clean. It is an effective product used for cleaning fuel tanks in dry-cargo ships and/or cleaning ballast tanks that suffers fuel leakage.

USAGE

1. Circulation Method: Before washing with TANK SHINE, a prewash with 50 °C water in the tank will accelerate and consummate the cleaning process. Although the rate of solution to be prepared using Tank Shine for circulation method depends on the degree of contamination and number of tanks to be cleaned, 5 to 25 liters TANK SHINE will be sufficient for a circulation cleaning. Within the tank, it should be circulated at 1Q to 15 °C above the freight's melting point for 6 to 10 hours. After application, surfaces should be rinsed with fresh water. After cleaning, the polluted solution should not be discharged to the sea. The dirt should be transferred to the ship's slope tank or to the port facilities on land through a pump.
2. Spraying Method: Tank Shine should be directly sprayed on tank's surface without being diluted. Make sure that all the surfaces are evenly wetted. Wait for 15 to 30 minutes until the product shows its effect on the surface. After application, surfaces should be rinsed with water.
3. Afloat Cleaning Method: Trim the ship by the stem and drain its tank. Then, fill upto 25% of the tank capacity with sea water. Feed 1 - 1.5 It product per ton to the tank through sounding pipes. If possible, heat the tank up to 50-60 degrees C. Allow the product to clean the tank for 24 hours through its own oscillation. Then, increase the tank's level to 75%. Allow an additional 12 hours for oscillation in the tank, which is continued to be heated. Discharge and drain the tank. When completely drained, go to second phase if needed. At the second phase, repeat the same steps using 0.75 - 1.25 It product per ton. The recommendations above washing are the basic washing recommendations and may vary based on a ship's tank capacity, basic characteristics of freight and next freight, and on requirements of time saving. Safety Measures: Oo not inhale its vapor and strictly avoid ingestion. If swallowed, consult a doctor. Avoid direct contact with skin. In case of a contact wash skin with plenty of water and soap. USAGE

1. Circulation Method: Cleaning the tank directly after the drainage via the circulation method, the recommended cleaning method, prevents dry and semi-dry oils from turning into strong stains. ALCLEAN should be turned into a solution by 1-3 % dilution in the circulation tank. Washing temperature should be 65-80°C. This application is enough to clean 3 up to 5 tanks, while the solution recipe with ALCLEAN depends on the contamination level and the number of tanks. Surfaces are rinsed with water following the application.
2. Injection Method: ALCLEAN should be dosed by 3 to 5 liters for each ton of washing water manually or with a dosing pump. The solution temperature at the washing phase should be between 65 and 85 °C. Following the application, surfaces are immediately rinsed with water at the same temperature as the ambient temperature. The above tank washing recommendations are basic and may vary depending on the tank capacity of the vessel, qualities of the goods transported and following the goods as well as time requirements. Safety Measures: Use protective glasses and gloves during application. Pulverized state is not to be inhaled. The product is irritant. Under no circumstances should it be swallowed. Natural HCF is a concentrate, highly efficient tank cleaning deterjant with surfactants used in the cleaning hydrocarbon on tank surfaces, in particular, and vegetable, animal as well as light mineral oils, during passage to delicate loads. It is specially designed for hydro-carbon free cleaning on any type of tanks, especially silicate and aluminum coated tank surfaces.

1. Circulation Method: Before washing with NATURAL Hcf, a pre-washing at 50 C ensures a faster and more excellent cleaning. Solution level depends on dirt thickness during circulation. Yet, Natural Hcf is dilluted by fresh water of 2-5% inside the tank. Solution is circulated for 2-7 hours at 50-60 C. Surfaces are rinsed with fresh water following application.
2. Spraying Method: The product is used in order to clean hydrocarbon that is observed by WALL WASH TESTS (methanol test) on tank surfaces, performed after solvent-based tank cleaners that are applied during passage from petrol derivative to alcohol and glycol derivative delicate loads. Natural HCF is injected to the hot tank surface and left on the surface for 30-45 minutes for reaction. Tank surfaces are rinsed with non-chlorinated hot water. In case of fresh water use, surfaces should be dried by vantilation to get away with chloride residius.
3. Hydrocarbon Cleaning: The product is used in order to clean hydrocarbon that is observed by Wall Wash Tests on tank surfaces, performed after solvent-based tank cleaners that are applied during passage from petrol derivative to alcohol and glycol derivative delicate loads. Natural HCF is injected to the hot tank surface and left on the surface for 30-45 minutes for reaction. Tank surfaces are rinsed with non-chlorinated hot water. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

GREEN PICKLING is based on nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and non-ionic surface-active substance. The pickling process removes iron particles, welding marks, and other possible residues on the surface from previous operations. The pickling process cleans the surface and makes it rich with chrome. In this way corrosion resistance of the steel is increased. Pickling and passivation products are strong acids.

RECOMMENDED PROCESS FOR SURFACE CLEANING

• Degreasing (Preferably hot alkaline oil removal).
• Rinse.
• Pickling.
• Rinse.
• Passivation.
• Rinse.

Firstly, the organic contaminants present on the surface of the tank should preferably be cleaned with hot alkaline washing so that acidic formulated pickling and passivation products can work effectively. The product of the AYT Aqua-In FN and Rem 25 can be used in pre-cleaning to remove oil, grease and atmospheric contamination and make surface suitable for pickling. The surface is thoroughly rinsed after prewashing. Subsequently, a thin layer at micron level is removed from the material during abrading, which is the basic step, and the homogeneous alloy is added to the surfaces that have been subjected to the contaminant and deformation. Finally, passivation is performed to enrich the surface of the part from the chrome content. It should be a good rinse after every process. Otherwise, the materials to be transported to the next stage may adversely affect surface treatments.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Passivating Liquid is based on nitric acid and non-ionic surface active substances.

• The product provides austenitic stainless steel with a protective oxide layer after it has been pickled. The metal is then passive.
• Passivating Liquid, undiluted, is suitable for use only on austenitic stainless steel.

Application Passivating Liquid is used mainly for the passivation of pickled installations and tanks. It can be applied in the following ways:

A passivating treatment with AYT Passivating Liquid can only take place if the steel has been pickled previously.

• Circulation Method: This method is applied mainly in pipe systems. Fill the system with undiluted cold Passivating Liquid. The time taken for treatment is approx. 2 hours. Drain the system and rinse thoroughly with demineralized water.
• Spraying Method: This is generally used in tanks with a tank washing device which is resistant to our product AYT Passivating Liquid. The Passivating Liquid fluid is sprayed undiluted using a spraytime of approx. 15 minutes. After this rinse thoroughly with plenty of water using, preferably, demineralised.

USAGE

Alclean PBC can be applied by brushing, spraying, mopping or using by high pressure cleaning machines. It can be used by dilluted with %15-%50 fresh water. The dillution of the product depends on the degree of contamination, if the contamination is heavy, ALCLEAN PBC can be used without dillution. Leave product about 30-45 minutes on the surface then rinse thoroughly with high pressure water. Always apply the chemicals from bottom to upwards fort he best result. Applying from top to down can result in lost cleaning effect or even staining. Always perform final rinse with fresh water after wash down, to avoid salt residues on the surface.If it is necessary, the same washing procedure must be applied again.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AYT BOUXITE REMOVER is a highly efficient removal of bauxite residues which is formulated with powerful acids, corrosion inhibitors and surface cleaning agents. This strong formulation removes any residue or stain of boxite on metal surface. BAUXITE REMOVER is recommended for removing deposits of bauxite / iron ore on cargo holds, as well as cleaning any bauxite / iron ore stains on metal surfaces and articles.

APPLICATION AND DOSSING

It is recommended to do pre-wash with high pressure water to ensure an effective cleaning. After pre-wash, for light deposits the product can be diluted by water between %10 - %30. For the thick deposits apply BAUXITE REMOVER indiluted. Use the product with brushes, mops, sponges or any other manual devices when it is necessary for some difficult places. If deposits persist, repeat the cleaning. It is safe to use on all metal surfaces, rubber and plastic compounds. It is not recommended to use on aluminium, zinc, tin and its alloys.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

It is a cement cleaner with effective remover and cleaner feature. It can be used safely on all metal surfaces except aluminum, zinc and galvanized. There is no damage to the plastic surfaces.

Before main cleaning, it is recommended to pre-wash the surfaces with high pressure washing machines. Depending on the situation of the dirt, the usage of the product is recommended. In case of light pollution, the product is diluted with water at a rate of 1 / 10-1 / 40. For the heavy residues it is used directly without dilution. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

GREEN BARRIER, is a non reactive coating product which makes thin film barrier on surface after dry. It protects the Cargo Holds from the corrosive or messy cargoes such as Sulfur, Salt, Petcoke and coal. It can be easily removed after discharging of Cargo.

APPLICATION AND DOSSING

The cargo hold surfaces should be as clean and dry as possible before appliying the product. Surfaces should be dry before application of GREEN BARRIER. GREEN BARRIER is supplied at convenient, ready-to- use concentration and is applied directly . Use a suitable low-pressure spraying equipment to spray GREEN BARRIER on the surfaces. Start application from bottom of surface and work your way upwards. Apply in a sweeping pattern until a section is covered. As soon as the surface appears water wet, a proper film is created. Do not apply more than necessary. GREEN BARRIER can also be brushed or rolled. Use power wash of fresh or salt water to remove GREEN BARRIER. Nonetheless, to ensure complete removal and avoid re-deposition of contaminants, a cleaning agent is recommended, but at lower dosage rates than what normally is required Using GREEN BARRIER you cover 15 – 20m² per product litre. Film should be completely dry , which may more than two hours, depending on air temperature.
