USAGE

GENERAL APPLICATION

GREEN ENVIRO can be applied by brushing, mopping and injection methods on all kind of surfaces.Depending on pollution level, the product is dosed 1/1 – 1/5 for spot cleaning and heavy work applications 1/5 – 1/15 for Daily engine room and cleaning applications. %20 solution for ultrasonic cleaning. Temperature should be 50-60 C. The product is more efficient with hot water.

TANK CLEANING

GREEN ENVIRO ensures safe applications for tank cleaning following light oil and gas oil loads. It has excellent results for hydrocorbon removal, vegetable and animal oil evacuationduring hot washing applications with circulation method. Circulation method is more efficient with a solution at 1-2% with fresh water. Washing water should be 35-40 C.

USAGE

Brushing, mopping and injection methods ensure proper applications. For thick residues, it can be diluted by water at 1/3 – 1/6 For normal and light residues it can be diluted by water at 1/6 – 1/12 During brushing or mopping 200-300 ml (1-1,5 glass) in a bucket of water will be enough for application.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Lime out is a chemical product with acids and dissolves lime, lime stone, rust and mineral scales observed on surfaces in contact with ocean water of cooling systems, evaporators, exchangerunits, diesel machines, cooling water circuits and air coolers. Also it can be used for the cleaning of lime and limestone from the Cargo holds. With its feature to micronize limestone, it does not lead to blocking during application. It safely cleans sensitive metals such as copper. Compared to products such as acidic cleaners, its use is highly efficient and safe.

USAGE

METHOD-1 : ( Circulation)

In case the system has oil and grease residues, removal or reduction of these is firstly recommended. This is essential in terms of full LIME-OUT performance. After removal of oil and grease from the system, system can be cleaned via 12-24 hour-long circulation with a solution at 10-20%, depending on lime thickness. When ph level is increased up to 3-4, the solution activity is recovered by gradual LIME –OUT dosing untill the level drops to 1-2.Circulation should be maintained untill scab is totally dissolved and reaction stops.The system should be rinsed with water after circulation. It is recommended to use alkali products, to neutralise the system.

METHOD-2 : ( Dipping)

Stainless steel or PVC tanks are used during cleaning with dipping methods. Lime- Out solution at 10% is heated up to 60 C, if possible. Rinse with plenty of water after the application.

METHOD-3 : (Spraying)

Use high-pressure machinery to inject an at least 50% LIME OUT/water solution directly onto the surface. Leave the solution to act for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water. Leave the surface to dry. For harder contamination, use more
concentrated solutions.

CAUTION: Do not use on galvanized, Tin, Zinc, Aluminum and Lead surfaces and their alloys.

Depending on residue thickness or dilution rate, waiting period of product can vary between half an hour and 2,5 hours. After application rinse with plenty of fresh water.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

OSD GREEN is a biodegradable, water- based sea cleaner free of toxic raw meterials and it is used to disperse and distill sea spills such as petrol, oil or diesel oil due to e.g an accident.

USAGE

OSD GREEN is injected on sea spills of fuel or oil. The product dosing may vary depending on the amount of oil or fuel spill. 1 unit of OSD GREEN product is sufficient for 10 units of normal and thin layered spills, while 1 unit for for 2-4 units of heavy and thick-layered contamination. The application provides quicker and easier performance when the coarse part of fuel and oil spills is taken via pump.

USAGE

General Application

MITE Is diluted with water at 1/1-1/4 for in and/or outdoor spot cleaning applications of the engine room, such as fuel oil tank or bilge, in order to remove residues of all heavy and dried fuel oil, bitumen, crude oil and derivatives. Unlike other solvent-based cleaners. When diluted with water, it thickens and easily binds to vertical surfaces, which need to be rinsed with water after application.

Tank Cleaning

MITE is applied via circulation method for tank cleaning after petrol-based loadings, fuel spills of ballast tanks and boiler circuits and cleaning of fuel tanks. Dosing is as follows:

  • For direct injection at 3-5 %
  • For circulation method at 1 -5 %
  • For spot cleaning with water dilution at 1/1 -1 /4

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

MITE ACC boosts air cooler performance by cleaning residual oil, dirt and carbon deposits in air coolers, blower sections of turbochargers and scavenge air system. An air cooler that has undergone a MITE ACC application absorbs the heat caused by scavenge air compression and enables more air transfer to cylinders. Besides its use in air coolers, MITE ACC can be safely used to clean heavy mineral, oil or grease residues in engine rooms and equipment of vessels and on various surfaces such as storing and load tanks.

USAGE

The product can be used to clean demounted air coolers via circulation and dipping methods. Yet, injection method is also available by only opening the drain and direct injection to the inlet of air cooler. The engine should be stopped during injection method and direct contact of the machine with the product should be avoided. The product, diluted with hot water, is injected to the air cooler inlet and circulated until the whole system is cleaned via a system designed to enable the product to travel through the air cooler drain and to the by-pass pot feeder, returning to the air cooler again. Following application, the air cooler should be washed with clean water via the system used in chemical cleaning.

Dosing: Diluted preferably with hot or cold water at 1/3 - 1/5.
The above dosing amount is recommended figures and may be increased or decreased depending on contamination.

CARBON CLEANER is applied via direct circulation, injection and dipping methods. The product may also be used by diluting with water, which, however, may reduce the efficiency of the cleaning performance. Carbonized dirt should be left in the chemical solvent at least for 15 minutes and then rinsed with pressurized water. For strong carbon residues, components may be left in water for a longer period of time, which will not damage the metal components.
